Electronic & digital circuits

Provide students with knowledge about analog and digital circuits so that students have the ability to design logic circuits. The course consists of two parts: The first section presents basic concepts of electricity, basic terminals, transient circuits, and standard test equipment and procedures. Students learn how to analyze, test, design and debug special devices and learned circuits including resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc. The second part, covering the basic concepts of digital electronics, includes: binary numbers, truth tables and logical algebra. Students learn how to test, debug, analyze and design digital circuits including logic gates, flip-flops, register sets, counters, memory, tri-state logic, etc. After completing the module, students must master techniques of designing simple digital circuits (addition, subtraction, multiplication, coding, translation, counting ...), capable of analyzing design and construction. a relatively complete system based on digital ICs.
