2. Brief description of the modules
The course equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and analyze nuclear measurement systems in general. It helps students practice some basic experiments to understand and operate some nuclear devices.
The subject provides knowledge:
- Grasp basic knowledge of nuclear measuring equipment
- Understand the principles of nuclear measuring
- Ability to apply in radiation measurement using Geiger Muller detector, NaI (Tl), gamma spectrometer system using HPGe detector and Alpha spectrometer system, X-ray spectrometer system and sample transfer device,
- Analyze measurement data.
