2. Brief description of the modules
The course covers the knowledge of the physics of radiotherapy, dosimetry and dose calculation, radiotherapy equipment systems, structure and operation of linear accelerators, calibration procedures for radiotherapy machines, knowledge of radiotherapy techniques as well as radiotherapy planning. In addition to the above knowledge, this course also helps to build knowledge of radiation safety when working with radiotherapy machines.
