2. Brief description of the modules
The course provides basic knowledge about particle accelerators and their applications in the field of generating new energy sources in daily life (nuclear power plants), as well as medical applications for diagnosis and treatment. The course provides theoretical basis for particle acceleration, operating principles, structures of accelerators, advanced techniques and applications of accelerators.
