2. Brief description of the modules
This course provides a fundamental understanding of calculus for students in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Physics, Oceanology, and Materials Science & technology, laying the groundwork for their specialized studies.
The course will equip students with knowledge of: n-dimensional Euclidean space, continuous multivariate functions, partial derivatives, derivatives of multivariate functions, extrema, double integrals, triple integrals, line integrals of the first and second kind, Green's theorem, surface integrals of the first and second kind, Stokes' theorem, and the Divergence theorem.
