2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
The course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills related to the dynamic processes of rivers, sediment transport, and river morphological processes. The primary focus of the course will be on understanding the general principles governing the transformation of riverbeds under the influence of water flow and other factors.
By completing this module, students will be able to achieve the following:
Knowledge: Students will gain an understanding of the dynamic processes involved in rivers, including the movement of water, sediment transport, and the morphological changes that occur in riverbeds.
