2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
The course equips students with knowledge of and skills in forecasting models of hydrological factors such as river flows, floods, etc. Specifically, flood forecasting models using the corresponding water level method, predictive models.
The focus of this course will be predicted water level variation, flood waves, flow, and velocity distribution.
Students who complete this module could be achieved the following:
- Knowledge: Be able to understand the approach methods for predicting water level variation, flood waves, flow, and velocity distribution.
