2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
The module provides knowledge about the collection of meteorological and hydrological information, the measurement of water resources characteristics, and the calculation methods related to water resources.
Students who complete this module could be achieved the following:
- Knowledge: Present issues related to water resources on Earth, the influence of natural geographical conditions on water resources; Classify methods of measuring and calculating water resources; Evaluate physical, chemical, and biological parameters of water quality, economic activities affecting water quality, and measures to protect surface water from contamination; Identify issues related to Vietnam's water resources.
