2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
This course provides students with knowledge of thin-film fabrication methods, including fabrication processes, equipment preparation, advantages and disadvantages of each method, and the ability to select appropriate techniques for researching specific thin-film materials.
Additionally, the course helps build a foundational understanding for advanced subjects such as Nanomaterials and Applications and supports students in conducting their graduation thesis.
