2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes

This course provides students with knowledge of AVR microprocessors/microcontrollers (RISC architecture) through the use of standard peripheral devices in microcontrollers and their applications. It also covers C programming for embedded systems development on microcontrollers.

Students will learn to identify and select different AVR microcontroller families, design test circuits, and develop interface modules for microcontrollers. From there, they can create specific applications in various fields such as digital signage, industrial automation, automatic control, and robotics.
