2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
This course provides students with a major in materials manufacturing engineering, including two main parts. Part 1 introduces the basics of high vacuum physics and engineering, the working principles of high vacuum systems, and their basic applications. Part 2 introduces the basic knowledge of physics and paint film forming techniques, principles of foundation fabrication from PVD, CVD, and solution methods, and their basic applications.
