2. Brief description of the modules
This course equips students with specialized knowledge in fabricating 0D, 1D, and 2D materials using physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and chemical methods. Students will develop skills in material analysis through UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, XRD, DRS, and PL spectroscopy. Additionally, the course will cover computer interfacing with measurement equipment and applications in measurement, control, and automation. Students will gain hands-on experience to prepare for their seminar or thesis.
