    1. Brief description of the modules

This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental properties of neutrons, neutron-matter interactions, nuclear reactions involving neutrons, nuclear fission, chain reactions, nuclear energy, and neutron diffusion and transport in matter. The course also covers the kinetic theory of homogeneous and heterogeneous nuclear reactors.
