- Brief description of the modules
This course covers the various physical fields observed on Earth. Students will gain a deep understanding of field theory and its applications in addressing societal needs. Data on elastic waves, direct current, electromagnetic fields, gravity, magnetism, and both natural and artificial radiation fields will be collected using various instruments and survey methods. Applications range from studying the Earth's structure and crust to addressing environmental pollution and assessing material stability or damage. This course serves to build upon and reinforce knowledge from other specialized courses.
