2. Brief description of the modules

This course introduces students to fundamental machine learning concepts, algorithms, techniques, and implementation. Core topics include supervised and unsupervised learning, decision functions for pattern classification, statistical learning for classification problems, reinforcement learning, artificial neural networks, local learning methods, and ensemble methods.
