2. Brief description of the modules
This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including sensors, actuators, hardware architecture, and operation. The course covers PLC programming languages, control flowcharts, and system analysis and design techniques. Students will gain hands-on experience with PLC programming software and explore topics such as interrupts, communication, and error handling. The course culminates in the design and implementation of industrial control systems.
