    1. Brief description of the modules

This course provides students with knowledge of fabrication methods for micro and nanomaterials in various forms such as particles and films. It covers descriptions of methods, fabrication processes, equipment setup, and method characteristics. The course aims to equip students with the ability to select appropriate methods for fabricating materials with different structures. Additionally, this course provides a foundation for subsequent courses such as semiconductor device fabrication, microelectronics and integration, and nano-materials application internships, and supports the completion of graduation theses in related fields.
