- Brief course description:
The course “Semiconductor Device Modelling” gives students a foundation in modelling, from basic concepts to the purpose of a model. It covers chip-related modelling, the interaction of electromagnetic waves with semiconductors, modelling of light-emitting semiconductors, models of light-emitting semiconductor sources, and colour-uniformity models for devices bán dẫn phát quang, and emission-spectrum models of light-emitting semiconductor devices. Alongside the theoretical foundation that allows students to understand, analyse, evaluate and apply the material, the course includes practical work on selected models so that students can build the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed for their future careers.
