Radiation Technology Applications in Semiconductor Materials is a specialisation course that builds on and extends general and disciplinary foundations, combined with the use of radiation technology in semiconductor materials. It covers (i) the characteristics of radiation, (ii) the interaction and effects of radiation on materials, and (iii) the application of radiation technology to the modification, synthesis, analysis and characterisation of semiconductor materials.
