Electronic Physics Technology and Informatics is an interdisciplinary science combining Physics, electronics and computer science. Learners are trained in basic science, physics, electronics, software, computer algorithms, etc. to apply to manufacturing semiconductor electronic components and designing electrical systems. Students are equipped with competencies in research, analysis, and fabrication of materials and devices serving the semiconductor industry, clean energy sector, and modern electronic technologies.

- Electronics, Computer Engineering, and Intelligent Robotics Specialization: provides knowledge and skills in semiconductor integrated circuit design, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), data science, and biomedical technology. Students are capable of developing intelligent systems and applying AI in data processing, computer vision, healthcare, and technological solutions for modern industry and everyday life.
