The Medical Physics bachelor's degree program was established in 2020.

Medical Physics major educates bachelor’s with expertise in the application of modern physics and technology in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, especially in cancer treatment. Bachelor of Medical Physics is equipped with knowledge and skills to undertake the following tasks at hospitals:

Regularly check and calibrate diagnostic and treatment equipment to ensure effective operation; calculate radiation doses and plan radiation application techniques for cancer treatment (also known as radiotherapy techniques).

Ensure radiation safety for patients, healthcare personnel, and the community in operating units using ionizing radiation in healthcare.

Bachelor of Medical Physics can apply modern physics knowledge to science and daily life. At the same time, they have the ability to access, research, and use the most advanced equipment to advise hospitals on investing in medical equipment.
