2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
This course provides students with fundamental knowledge of the Linux operating system, including basic commands, access permissions, process management, file and system management. Students will be introduced to shell programming, task automation, data-processing scripts, and basic system administration.
The course equips students with essential hands-on skills in system programming, DevOps, and server administration, providing a practical foundation for working with Linux-based computing environments.
