This course provides students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills for the design and implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Students will gain an understanding of the hardware and software architectures of IoT systems and develop the skills required to build IoT applications.

The course covers embedded system design and programming on NodeMCU development boards based on the ESP8266/ESP32 Wi-Fi microcontrollers, integrated with commonly used sensors, including analog and digital sensors, peripheral devices, and actuators. Students will develop IoT applications for automated monitoring and remote control via mobile devices using IoT platforms.

Through a team-based project, students will be guided to design and implement an IoT system addressing a practical application, providing hands-on experience in system integration, embedded programming, and IoT application development.
