2. Module objectives/intended learning outcomes
This course introduces students to Physical Design in Integrated Circuit (IC) Design. It provides students with fundamental knowledge of CMOS technology, key concepts, analytical skills, and essential stages involved in the physical design process.
Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired the fundamental knowledge and practical understanding of the physical design stage in IC design, providing a solid foundation for undertaking industry internships and adapting to professional semiconductor engineering environments.
