International Workshop on Photonics in Semiconductors and Quantum Materials

The International Workshop on Photonics in Semiconductors and Quantum Materials is a scientific workshop for scientists and students from Vietnam, Japan, and Taiwan, bringing them together to focus on the interplay between light and advanced matter. The workshop aims to bridge the gap between fundamental quantum research and practical optoelectronic applications. The primary goal is to provide a collaborative platform for researchers to discuss the design and characterization of next-generation materials. It emphasizes the transition of quantum science from theoretical frameworks to high-efficiency technologies in energy and sensing, including advanced theory DFT/AI/ML, Raman/SERS, photovoltaics, photocatalysis, and beyond.

Highlighting this workshop are distinguished lectures from leading global institutions, including Tohoku University, National Taiwan Normal University, Texas Tech University, National Sun Yat-sen University, Science University of HCMC, and the University of Science, VNU-HCM. The lecturers will deliver specialized talks covering cutting-edge domains.
