Subject: Organizing the Specialized Festival and Course Registration Guide for students in 2016 class
In order to help students grasp the information of specialized subjects and orientation to select appropriate majors for the specialized period, the Faculty of Physics - Technical Physics coordinates with the Delegation and the Association Physics and VLKT students will be hosting a Special Day and Course Registration Guide for 2nd Year Students (Course 2016) on Sunday 17-12-2017. The festival program consists of two parts:
- Part I: Students of class 2016 (Department of Physics) are divided into 7 groups to visit laboratories of 7 subjects respectively. Each Department will have a brief introduction of the subject such as: Human resources, laboratory equipment, career orientation, the ability to cooperate with companies, jobs after graduation, ... Born Students can meet and exchange experiences with alumni (invited by the subject) who are currently working successfully at companies. Time from 07:30 to 11:30 on December 17, 2017. Students gather at the school yard right on the flagpole and divide groups to visit the subjects (Each group has 1 student in 3/4 guidance).
- Part II: Introduction of the majors and instructions for registering the module for all students of the 2016 Course (Physics and Nuclear Engineering) at Lecture 1 by representatives of the subjects respectively introduced Specializations and Faculty Assistant assistants guide students in the orientation of choosing a specialization and instruct how to register for the module and allocate the best study time in the specialized period. Students ask questions and discuss and discuss with the Board of Directors of the Faculty and teachers. The time is from 13:00 to 16:30 on 17-12-2017 at Lecture 1.
- Students of Nuclear Engineering Course 2016 will visit the laboratory and listen to a specialized introduction at the Department of Nuclear Physics, at 08:30 on Friday 15-12-2017. Students see the notice on the subject website: http://vlhn-hcmus.com/
- Students of Oceanography (Course 2016) see the detailed notice on the website of the subject: http://www.oceanology.hcmus.edu.vn/
Note: The teacher in charge of specialized introduction of the subject must update the learning content according to the new training program of the 2016 course.
In order for the Professional Day to be organized successfully and smoothly, the Faculty Committee needs the enthusiastic participation of students of the 2016 Class and the support from Doan Khoa, LCH students of Physics - VLKT, Youth Union and the teachers. Students arrange time and register in groups (18 students / Group) to visit with the Organizing Committee (headed by the 2016 Class Leader). The organizers will arrange the directions and the diagrams for groups so students can conveniently and safely travel. Students see the diagram here.
