On July 11, 2025, the Department of Applied Physics under the Faculty of Physics & Engineering Physics successfully organized the graduation thesis defense for students of the 2021 cohort.
During the thesis defense sessions, students demonstrated confidence, seriousness, and professionalism in presenting their research topics, reporting results, and responding to questions from the committees. Each presentation reflected careful preparation, from problem formulation to experimental implementation and data analysis.
The evaluation committees, comprised of faculty members with strong academic expertise, worked rigorously and objectively, providing valuable feedback and constructive suggestions. These comments not only assessed the quality of the theses but also served as important guidance to help students refine their scientific thinking, research skills, and practical problem-solving approaches.
The thesis defense marks a significant academic milestone - signifying the completion of a long journey of learning while laying a solid foundation for Applied Physics students to confidently step into the next chapter: becoming scientists, engineers, and innovators in real-world settings.
