1. Content:
The program gives students the opportunity to study and experience the educational research environment of NUS. The program includes 01 week of practical experience at NUS, 04 weeks of online group work and 01 online presentation. This year's program theme will focus on the impact of Generative AI in research. 2. Form, location and time:
- Live at NUS, Singapore: from June 24-28, 2024.
- Online: 04 weeks later following the above time.
3. Scholarship value:
- 800 SGD (after students complete the program).
- Free accommodation in school dormitories.
- Expenses related to the study program.
4. Application conditions:
- Are a full-time third-year student (for the 04-year system) or a fourth-year student (for the 05-year system) or a fifth-year student (for the 06-year system) in any major, studying at member units and affiliated units of Vietnam National University-HCM.
- Have excellent academic achievements.
- Priority is given to having outstanding achievements outside of the academic aspect.
- Good English proficiency is preferred.
5. Application documents:
- English curriculum vitae (CV) in pdf file format, encouraged to fully present the following information:
Education level with latest GPA.
Experience working, leading, volunteering.
Extracurricular activities (clubs, sports activities, etc.)
Academic awards or scholarships, achievements (if any).
English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS) (if applicable).
Other necessary information such as: foreign languages, special talents,... (if any).

- English essay no more than 1000 words, about one of two contents:
An area of research of interest to the student, including predictions about the development of that field.
A social problem or a personal concern, suggest a solution.
- Student information form (attached form).
- Latest Vietnamese transcript confirmed by the training unit.
- Copy of English proficiency certificate (no notarization required).
- Demonstrate outstanding achievements beyond academics.
- Copies of certificates of merit and certificates of academic achievements (if any).
6. Application process:
- Students nominated by the University of Natural Sciences and Vietnam National University-HCM to come to NUS.
- NUS reviews applications and informs the results to VNU-HCM.
- VNU-HCM and University of Natural Sciences announce admission results to units.
7. Application deadline: Students submit 01 set of paper documents to P.QHDN (227 Nguyen Van Cu, District 5) by March 12, 2024; At the same time, send the soft copy to the email address internationalrelations@hcmus.edu.vn.
Past the above deadline or lacking paper/soft copy documents, the candidate's profile will not be considered.
