Subject: Internship Program for Graduation Thesis for Students
The Graduate Institute of Biomedical Engineering, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan, led by Prof. Congo Tak Shing Ching, announces the internship program as follows:
1. Number of students: 05 (4th-year bachelor's program students)
2. Internship Location: Graduate Institute of Biomedical Engineering, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan;
3. Duration: at least 03 months (from April to June/July 2024);
4. Internship work at NCHU: Lab tours and completion of the graduation thesis (at the Biomedical Instrumentation and Sensors Laboratory) under the supervision of Prof. Congo Tak Shing Ching and other professors in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, and the Center for Pervasive and E-Health Technology (FPEP). The graduation thesis will be assigned by Prof. Congo Tak Shing Ching, in collaboration with a professor from FPEP. The thesis will focus on but is not limited to "Instrumentation in Biomedical Application."
5. Financial support: Students will receive support of up to 38000 TWD, covering 1 round-trip air ticket, dormitory room, a maximum monthly stipend of 6000 TWD/month, and expenses for the graduation thesis.
6. Requirements:
- Students from VNUHCM-US
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0
- English proficiency: at least TOEIC 670 (2 skills), IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 50, or pBT 470. Good listening and reading abilities are required.
7. Application form includes: Biography/CV, current academic record, English certificate, and a recommendation letter.
