Detailed Information on the Fall 2026 Exchange Program at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) & the GKS and GPES Scholarships is as follows:
1. Program Duration:
September 7, 2026 – December 24, 2026
2. Number of Students:
02 students
3. Requirements:
- GPA: B or above (3.0/4.3)
- English proficiency: TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS Academic 6.0, or equivalent certificates
* POSTECH accepts only one student for the Computer Science major.
4. Program Support:
- Nominated applicants will receive a tuition fee waiver from the host university.
- Scholarships available: GKS (Global Korea Scholarship) and GPES (Global POSTECH Exchange Scholarship) – Link
5. Application Documents:
- Certificate of student status issued by the university
- Academic transcript in English
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- English language certificate
- Letter of recommendation from the Faculty Board or academic supervisor, with faculty confirmation
- Copy of passport
- Proof of financial support
* For students applying to a research program: an acceptance letter from a POSTECH professor is required.

7. Application Procedure:
- Applicants must submit the soft copy of the application dossier via email to internationalrelations@hcmus.edu.vn and one printed copy to the Office of External Relations (Room F.105, 227 Nguyen Van Cu Street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) no later than March 27, 2026.
- Applicants selected by POSTECH will proceed to complete the online application from April 6 to April 15, 2026 (23:59 KST).
