The Physics Olympiad Team of University of Science, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City is honored to win the First Prize of the entire team of the XXV National Student Physics Olympiad - 2023
From November 30th to December 3rd, 2023, at University of Science, Vietnam National University - Hanoi, the 25th National Student Physics Olympiad - 2023 took place. The 25th student fair brought together 43 delegations and over 250 students from participating universities and research institutes. The National Student Physics Olympiad takes place every year to discover and nurture good Physics students as well as promote the movement to learn about Physics among students.
This year, the team from University of Science, VNU-HCM has 5 students participating with the guidance of Dr. Le Van Ngoc and MSc. Nguyen Duy Thong.

The Physics Olympiad for students has 3 parts: multiple choice, problem solving and experiment.
The team's results are very encouraging:
- Regarding theory: the school team won second prize with 3 students
- Nguyen Hoang Minh Thu
- Pham Le Viet
- Nguyen Le Phuong Nhu
- Regarding the exercise test: there were 2 students participating
- Nguyen Hoang Minh Thu won second prize
- Pham Le Viet won second prize
- Regarding the practical competition: 2 students participated as teammates and were honored to win first prize
- Nguyen Hoang Gia Huy
- Nguyen Hai Dang
