JOB DESCRIPTION:

Act as a liaison between clients and the engineering team, utilizing input and client-provided information.

Design or redesign, develop, test, and deploy applications using optical systems and analytical tools.

Provide technical support and expertise to clients, test applications, respond to feedback, perform installations and maintenance, and deliver technical presentations for sales purposes.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, etc.); Master’s degree is a plus.

Willingness to work in a small interdisciplinary team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stay up to date with development tools and best practices.

Capable of working with customers or other engineers to troubleshoot issues.

Ability to diagnose application errors in both staging and production environments and resolve fundamental issues.

Experience with complex computational tools (e.g., MATLAB, Maxima, advanced Excel) is a plus.

Preference given to candidates who can start immediately.
