The 4th International Conference on Engineering Physics, MEMS-Biosensors and Applications (ICEBA 2023) took place on December 8-9, 2023 organized by the University of Sciences, VNU-HCM and Tohoku University Japan. Representative of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics, attended by Assoc. Prof. Huynh Van Tuan, Dean of the Department and many other teachers.

The international scientific conference took place with the enthusiastic participation of hundreds of researchers, scientists and experts from all over the world. In addition, the conference also received the participation of many students, graduate students and PhD students from many different schools and units. This is not only a major scientific event but also an important forum where we not only share knowledge but also seek opportunities, collaborate and shape the future for global scientific development. The conference will take place over two days (8 and 9), in which, the 8th will include scientific reports from leading professors at home and abroad on many different topics such as Micro / Nanosensor in medical applications, MEMS sensors, AI models in memory processing, new materials, etc.

The conference was organized with many different fields divided into 1 poster session (26 lessons) and 6 oral sessions (44 lessons) including:
- Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, Nuclear Engineering
- Semiconductor Technologies, Materials, Device and Related
- MEMS, Biosensors and Application
- Microelectronics, Embedded Systems and AI&IoT
- Computing Science, Simulation and Modeling
- Biomedical Engineering and Medical devices
At each oral session and poster, the report authors received certificates of participation in the conference. In addition, to motivate researchers, the organizers also select the reports (oral + poster) with the best achievements to honor.

The next day, the conference consisted of seminars from leading professors from Japan and Korea with two topics:
- Introduction to TEG wireless sensor system.
- Energy efficiency in AI processing memory
