With the aim of providing students with a more comprehensive and practical understanding of the semiconductor industry, the Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics, University of Science, VNU-HCM, in collaboration with leading enterprises in the field, organized the Talkshow “Connecting talents in the Semiconductor Industry.”
The program was designed around three interconnected segments, harmoniously combining knowledge, experience, and inspiration, offering students multidimensional perspectives on industry trends and future career opportunities.

Part 1 – The Semiconductor Landscape
Speakers provided an overview of the formation, development, and global influence of the semiconductor industry. Through insightful presentations, students gained updates on current trends, recognized growth potential, and understood the increasing demand for high-quality human resources in this cutting-edge technological field.

Part 2 – Career story
Experts and engineers currently working in the semiconductor sector shared authentic and inspiring career journeys - from their early beginnings to professional experiences in the industry. Their stories not only helped students gain a clearer understanding of real-world working environments but also inspired passion, perseverance, and continuous creativity in pursuing a technology-oriented career path.

Part 3 – Panel discussion and interaction
The open discussion created an engaging and dynamic atmosphere. Students had the opportunity to directly interact with speakers - asking questions, exchanging ideas, and receiving valuable insights about essential skills, mindsets, and personal development opportunities. This dialogue provided meaningful guidance to help students shape their academic and career paths, especially as Vietnam continues to strengthen its position in the global semiconductor industry.

The talkshow served not only as a platform for sharing knowledge but also as a starting point for connecting learning with self-discovery and shaping technological futures. The enthusiastic participation of students, coupled with the inspirational sharing of the speakers, created a lively, creative, and intellectually rich academic environment.

The Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics extends its sincere appreciation to all speakers, lecturers, and students for their contributions and participation in making the program a success.
