ANNOUNCEMENT

Regarding the declaration of health insurance information provided free of charge or purchased

at the enterprise for the academic year 2022-2023

(For students from the 2021 cohort and earlier)

In order to facilitate the health insurance fee collection for the year 2023 in the upcoming period, the University requests students from the 2021 cohort and earlier with either free-issued or privately purchased health insurance (BHYT) to declare their information online. This is to ensure that the University does not include the names of these students in the health insurance fee collection list for 2023.

Note:

Free-issued health insurance codes: QN, CA, CY, XN, MS, CC, CK, CB, KC, HD, TE, BT, HN, DT, DK, XD, TS, TC, TA, TY, HG, LS, PV, CN, GB.

Health insurance code for privately purchased BHYT: DN

The health insurance must still be valid. Students can check the validity period of their BHYT on the Social Insurance of Vietnam website: https://baohiemxahoi.gov.vn/tracuu/Pages/tra-cuu-thoi-han-su-dung-the-bhyt.aspx

Declaration period: from the date of this announcement until November 11, 2022. Students with free-issued BHYT who do not declare their information must pay the full health insurance fee, and the University will subsequently refund the amount.
