On October 11, at the Office of ITO Vietnam Co., Ltd., the University of Sciences, VNU-HCM, and ITO Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a Cooperation Agreement to promote and develop cooperation in research.
The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Triet, Vice Rector of the University of Sciences; Ms. Cong Tang Ton Nu Thuy Trang, General Director of ITO Vietnam Group; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Co-Chair of the ICEBA 2024 Conference; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Tuan, Head of the Faculty of Physics - Engineering Physics, along with lecturers from the Faculty of Physics - Engineering Physics.
ITO Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been operating for more than a decade in the market, specializing in providing production equipment and technical services in the fields of mechanics and microcircuit interconnection technology, making significant contributions to the development of the industry and scientific research in Vietnam.
The event program includes two main parts:
1. Factory Tour: The delegation had the opportunity to visit the production facility of ITO Company, and learn about the operating process and advanced technology in precision mechanical manufacturing and microchip connection. This was a good opportunity for delegates to have an in-depth look at modern technologies and advanced management models.
2. Signing Ceremony of Sponsorship Cooperation for ICEBA Conference 2024: This event marks an important step forward in the cooperation between ITO Vietnam Co., Ltd. and ICEBA Conference 2024. The cooperation agreement not only opens up opportunities for developing research and technology application in Vietnam, but also contributes to strengthening the foundation for applied science and breakthrough developments in the future.
The 5th ICEBA conference will be jointly organized by the University of Sciences, Tohoku University (Japan), and the Western University of Civil Engineering, with the main objective of promoting academic exchanges and applying advanced technology in scientific research.
This cooperation agreement demonstrates the trust and commitment of the parties involved and promises to bring many opportunities for the development of research and technology transfer in Vietnam, while creating favorable conditions for expanding the ability to innovate and enhancing the competitiveness of the fields of science, engineering, and technology in the country.
