Specialized orientation day

After two years of general education, students of the class of 2021 had the opportunity to participate in the Specialized Orientation Day. The activity is organized to help students have the opportunity to experience and have a more realistic view of 7 majors including:

1. Informatics physics

2. Electronic physics

3. Theoretical physics

4. Earth physics

5. Applied physics

6. Solid state physics

7. Nuclear physics

Students are divided into small groups and will take turns visiting the classrooms, laboratories and equipment of each major. Besides, teachers also enthusiastically share useful knowledge as well as job opportunities with students. After learning about, interacting with, and experiencing tools and models, students can somewhat orient themselves when choosing a major, what they can learn and what they can do. That partly helps you start to have clearer directions about your future work.

In addition, you also participated in a sharing session with the teachers in the Faculty. You are equipped with information about research directions, subjects that will be taught, and most importantly, job opportunities when choosing each major. In addition, to increase interaction between lecturers and students, you also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the teachers about any remaining issues.

Hopefully after the Major Orientation Day, students will choose a major that suits them and continue to study well in the near future.
