Regarding the announcement of SEAGULL 2015 program of SMU University, Singapore

Dear members and affiliated units
The National University of Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) has received information from Singapore Management University (SMU) about the SEAGULL Camp 2015 program taking place in January 2015 in Singapore, July and September in Singapore. Manila with the following details:
1. General information:
The SEAGULL Program is a leadership development program fully funded by the Institute for Societal Leadership of SMU. The program aims to develop member capacity to become a social leader by providing in-depth analytical skills, guided by competent individuals in Southeast Asia and implemented. Clearly oriented projects.
2. Time - location:
- Phase 1 took place from 12-16 January 2015 in Singapore.
- Phase 2 took place from 13 to 17/7/2015 in Manila, Indonesia.
- Phase 3 took place at the end of September 2015 in Manila, Indonesia.
Time and location of phase 2 and phase 3 may vary. Interval between members, participants interact with each other through social media.
3. Conditions for attending:
- Being a Vietnamese citizen, being a student of VNU-HCM.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Commit to attend all three phases of SEAGULL 2015.
- Achievement or proof of leadership experience by dissertation, interview or recommendation letter. Candidates are selected based on demonstrating their leadership, eagerness to learn, readiness to acquire cultures, a progressive spirit and especially a spirit of service to the community.

Please send your application to lhtoh@smu.edu.sg before October 31, 2014 with a copy of your passport. Successful applications will continue to be interviewed to complete selection.
5. Quantity: 22 gifts (all SEA).
6. Cost: the cost of each SMU-sponsored trip is fully provided that the participants must commit to attending all three sessions.
