Civic and Student Affairs Program for Final-Year Students of the 2025–2026 Academic Year – Cohort 2022

In order to support students in preparing for graduation and their transition into the professional working environment, the Faculty organizes the Civic and Student Affairs Program for Final-Year Students of the 2025–2026 academic year. The program features practical and meaningful topics related to academic advancement, specialized research opportunities, and career orientation.

Designed to meet the needs and characteristics of final-year students, the program provides opportunities for participants to explore postgraduate study pathways, scientific research opportunities, and academic development prospects, while also gaining valuable insights from experts and industry representatives regarding professional skills and career development in today’s dynamic working environment.

Program details are as follows:

- Time: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, Saturday, May 16, 2026

- Venue: Lecture Hall 1, University of Science (Campus 1, 227 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Cho Quan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)

- Participants: All students of Cohort 2022

Program Contents

Session 1: Opportunities for Advanced Study and Specialized Research

Speaker: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thien Thanh – Vice Dean, Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics

This session will introduce postgraduate study orientations, opportunities for participating in scientific research, and academic development pathways both domestically and internationally for graduating students.

Session 2: Career Orientation and Motivation after Graduation

Speaker: Mr. Le Huynh Lan – Chief Executive Officer, Mantis Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company

The session will focus on sharing practical experiences working in both domestic and international environments, across the private and public sectors, while providing perspectives on adaptability, personal development, and career orientation in the current labor market.

Session 3: Career Orientation and Corporate Integration Skills

Speaker: Mr. Nguyen Duy Khang – Chief Technology Officer, VIETMAP Technology and Environment Application Joint Stock Company

This session will provide practical insights into CV writing, interview skills, personal branding, and common challenges students often face when transitioning from university life to a professional working environment.
