ACCOMPANYING STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF PHYSICS - ENGINEERING PHYSICS TO MASTER TIME, MASTER LIFE WITH THE FOCUS FUNNEL MODEL

On the morning of December 10, 2024, more than 80 students of the Physics English enhancement program had the opportunity to participate in the Workshop "Self-management according to the Focus Funnel model", a special training program organized by the Faculty of Physics - Engineering Physics in collaboration with experts from the Mee And More experiential education project.

Workshop Speaker: MSc. Phan Van Hai - Founder of Mee And More

At the Workshop, students were exposed to and practiced the 5 important steps of the Focus Funnel model: Eliminate, Automate, Delegate, Delay with Purpose and Focus. This is not only a time management support tool, but also a foundation for students to build effective working habits and balance between study and life.
