On October 3, 2025, students from the Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics had a meaningful visit to Synopsys Vietnam, one of the leading corporations in semiconductor design and software development. This visit provided students with valuable real-world exposure to a professional working environment in an industry that is rapidly expanding in Vietnam.
The visit included three main activities. It began with a tour of the Synopsys office, where students explored the modern, dynamic, and creative workspace of Synopsys engineers. Following that, a Synopsys representative gave an overview of the company and shared insights into the daily work of engineers, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the workplace and the potential career paths within the semiconductor field. The program concluded with a lively Q&A session, during which students had the opportunity to engage directly with Synopsys experts to discuss professional skills, internship opportunities, and career development in technology.
This visit not only offered students a practical perspective on the semiconductor industry but also inspired them to continue pursuing careers and research in technology and semiconductors - fields that are opening up vast opportunities for Vietnam’s young workforce.
