ANNOUNCEMENT

on the Results of Citizenship Registration for the Beginning of the Academic Year 2022-2023

According to the announcement No. 223/TB-KHTN dated October 26, 2022, the university informs students of the results of Citizenship Registration for the beginning of the academic year 2022-2023 as follows:

Note: Due to changes in some classrooms, students are advised to check the room information in the list. Additionally, due to classroom capacity changes, some students from class ĐNA_07 will be transferred to class ĐNA_08 on the same day.

Instructions: Students can press the Ctrl+F key combination, enter their Student ID (MSSV), and press Enter to check their name on the list.

Campus 1: 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City

Campus 2: Thu Duc - Di An

Main hall of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (280 An Duong Vuong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City)

4. Class Schedule:

Morning: From 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Afternoon: From 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

II. Attendance Method:

Students must be present in the classroom 15 minutes before the class starts. The university will scan the student ID card (first scan) to mark the attendance at the beginning of the class. At the end of each class, the university will scan the student ID card again (second scan) to mark the attendance at the end of the class. Students must scan the ID card twice to be considered present in the class.

Note:

• After 15 minutes from the start of the class, the university will stop the attendance marking process. Any questions, complaints, or requests from students who arrive late will not be addressed.
• Students must attend classes at the specified time and in the registered class to ensure the quality of the class. Students who attend a different class than registered will not be marked, and their participation in the topic will not be recognized.
• Students must complete both topics and participate in the test as registered. In case of absence from one topic or failure to take the test, the university considers the student as not participating in citizenship activities.
• The university requests students in the mentioned group to participate fully according to the specified time. Students who do not participate will face specific consequences:
• Students who do not participate will be deducted 20 training points (Section 6.4 Training Points Semester 1, Academic Year 2022-2023).
• Students who participate but do not take the test will be deducted 10 training points (Section 6.4 Training Points Semester 1, Academic Year 2022-2023) (according to the Regulation on the Evaluation of Student Training Results issued with Decision No. 1208/QD-KHTN on September 4, 2020, by the University Rector).
