Students majoring in Physics, Electronic and Computer Physics Technology, Nuclear Engineering, and Medical Physics from Batch 2022 and earlier are requested to check the timetable for Semester II, Academic Year 2023-2024, for both core and specialized courses [here]. For Batch 2020 students, please review the approved thesis topics in your respective departments and ensure compliance with foreign language requirements when registering for specialized courses. Register for the Graduation Thesis course on the Portal system according to the course registration schedule.
Students should refer to the course registration schedule on the university website and adhere to the specified timeline. Ensure accurate registration by following the course codes and names listed in the timetable for each department and specialization.
For course registration, students from various batches should follow the guidance provided by the Academic Affairs Office.
Batch 2023 students should register for elective courses, English, Physical Education, and Basic Computer Science as per the course registration announcement from the Training Office. View the list of available courses along with the timetable [here].
During the course registration period, if you need guidance or assistance, students are advised to contact the Department Administration for resolution.
Students are urged to regularly check for updates to stay informed about class schedules and room assignments. After completing registration, students must save the registration results in an Excel file for future reference.

Important notes when contacting:
- Email subjects must clearly relate to the issue at hand. Include complete personal information (Full name, Student ID, phone number), and clearly state the content of the email, such as additional registration or course cancellation (specify the course name, class code, and desired or canceled practice group).
- The Department Administration will only address course registration issues in accordance with the announcements from the Training Office (from 19/02/2024 to 02/03/2024). Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

**Registration Conditions:**
- Students must not owe tuition fees or have an active extension of the tuition fee deadline.
- Registered courses must meet prerequisites or prior learning conditions.
- Foreign language requirements must be fulfilled for specialized courses.
**Additional Information:**
- Learning format: On-site at the University.
- Start date of classes: From 26/02/2024.
- Students not registered for courses and who do not submit temporary leave requests within the first three weeks of the semester will be considered voluntarily withdrawing from their studies.
- Students registering to improve grades or for postponed courses can do so during this registration period.
- For password retrieval issues, select the "Forgot password" function and follow the instructions or contact the Student Affairs Office at congtacsinhvien@hcmus.edu.vn.

The University will only respond to course registration emails from students using their university email accounts and during the online registration period.
