Notice of registration of initial medical examination and treatment facility of Health Insurance in 2023 for students participating in health insurance at the University

1. Students participating in Health Insurance (HI) at the University in 2023 register for the initial medical examination and treatment from December 1, 2022 to the end of December 15, 2022.
    

2. Instruction:

Note: A student can only register once.

3. In case students do not register within the above deadline, the University will choose the default initial medical examination and treatment place as follows:

• For students who  NO participate in health insurance in 2022 at the University:
• 7A Hospital (code  79-016) for students studying at Nguyen Van Cu campus (Class of 2019 standard program and students of project program)
• Thu Duc Regional General Hospital (code  79-036) for students studying at Thu Duc - Di An campus (classes 2020, 2021, 2022 - standard program).
• For students  YES  participating in health insurance in 2022 at the University: keep the registered hospital in 2022 provided that the registered hospital is still in the list of 1st quarter of 2023 regulated by the HCMC Social Security.
