Announcement of course registration and Timetable for the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year

Students of Physics, Nuclear Engineering and Medical Physics from the 2021 class and earlier can see the timetable for the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year for basic and specialized subjects here.

Students view the course registration schedule on the school website and register at the prescribed time. Students register for the correct course and subject code as in the timetable of each major or major.

Students of all courses register for English courses according to the course registration notice of the Trainning Department.

Students of the class of 2022 register for elective courses, English, Physical Education, and basic IT according to the course registration notice of the Training Department and see the list of open courses with timetable here.

During the course registration period, if students need advice or resolve a related issue, students should contact the Faculty Affairs for resolution.

Students should pay attention to regularly updating notifications to update class schedules and classrooms. After registering, students must save the registration results to an Excel file for future evidence.

Note when contacting:

- Students sending emails must have a clear subject line related to the issue being asked, must write full personal information (full name, student code, phone number), the email content must clearly state the questions. content that needs to be resolved such as registering for more or canceling a course (must clearly state: course name, class code, practice group you want to register or cancel).

- Faculty faculty only handle course registration issues in accordance with the course registration notice of the training department (from September 6, 2023 to September 23, 2023). After the above deadline, it will not be resolved.

(*): After the first week of classes, all student registration adjustment requests will not be processed.

2. Registration conditions

- Registered courses must meet the prerequisites or prerequisites (if any).

- Specialized courses must meet foreign language requirements as prescribed. (Students of the 2020 class and earlier must complete English 4 to register for specialized courses in semester 1/23-24).

- The number of credits registered in a semester must not exceed 25 credits.

3. Informations note

- Study method: Directly at school.

- Start:

  • Course 2021 and earlier and course 2023: from September 18, 2023.
  • Course of 2022: from October 2, 2023.

- Students who do not register for courses and do not apply for temporary leave of absence within the first 3 weeks of the semester will be considered students who voluntarily drop out of school.

- Students registering to improve their scores or courses have requested to postpone the same registration period.

- If you cannot log in due to forgetting your password, students should: Select the Forgot Password function and follow the instructions or contact the Student Affairs Department at email address: congtacsinhvien@hcmus.edu.vn.

- Students contact the Academic Affairs of the Faculties when they need support in registering for courses in the specialized phase (Phase 2).

- The school only responds to course registration emails for students using the school email and during online registration./.
