Notice of course registration and Timetable for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year

Students of Physics, Nuclear Engineering, and Medical Physics from the class of 2022 and earlier can view the timetable for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year for basic and specialized subjects here.

Students majoring in electronic physics technology and information technology, class of 2022, see the timetable for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year for basic industry subjects here.

Students view the course registration schedule on the school's website and register at the prescribed time. Students register for the correct course and subject code as shown in the timetable of each major or major.

Students of all courses register for English courses according to the course registration notice of the Department of Training.

Students of the class of 2022 register for elective courses, English, Basic Computer, and Physical Education according to the course registration notice of the Training Department. See the list of open courses with a timetable here.

During the course registration period, if students need advice or to resolve a related issue, students should contact Faculty Affairs for resolution.

Students should pay attention to regularly updating notifications to update class schedules and classrooms. After registering, students must save the registration results to an Excel file for future evidence.

Note when contacting:

- Students sending emails must have a clear subject line related to the issue being asked, must write full personal information (Full name, MSSV, phone number), and the email content must clearly state the necessary content. resolution such as registering more or canceling the course (must clearly state: the name of the course, class code, and practice group you want to register or cancel).

- Faculty faculty only handle course registration issues in accordance with the training department's course registration notice (from September 6, 2023 to September 23, 2023). After the above deadline, it will not be resolved.

Students should note the following course registration milestones:

1. Time to register and adjust course registration

(*): After the first week of classes, all student registration adjustment requests will not be addressed.

2. Registration conditions:

- Students do not owe tuition fees or the tuition extension period is still valid.

- Registered courses must meet the prerequisites or prerequisites (if any).

- Specialized courses must meet foreign language requirements as prescribed. (Students of the class of 2021 and earlier must complete English 4 to register for specialized courses in semester 1/24-25).

- The number of credits registered during the semester must not exceed 25 credits.

3. Note information

- Study method: Directly at school.

- Study start date:

• Class of 2022 and earlier and class of 2024: from September 16, 2024.
• Class of 2023: from September 30, 2024.

- Students who do not register for courses and do not apply for temporary leave of absence within the first 3 weeks of the semester will be considered students who voluntarily drop out of school.

- Students registering to improve scores or courses have requested to defer the same registration period.

- If you cannot log in due to forgetting your password, students should: Select the Forgot Password function and follow the instructions or contact the Student Affairs Department at email address: congtacsinhvien@hcmus.edu.vn.

- Students contact the Academic Affairs of the Faculties when they need support in registering for courses in the specialized phase (Phase 2).

- The school only responds to course registration emails for students using the school email and during online registration./.
