Students majoring in Physics, Nuclear Engineering, and Medical Physics from the 2021 and earlier courses, please check the timetable for the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 for both foundational and specialized courses here. Students from the 2019 course should review the approved list for their thesis at the department and must meet the foreign language requirement when registering for specialized courses. Students must register for the Graduation Thesis course on the Portal system according to the course registration schedule.
Students should review the course registration schedule on the university's website and register within the specified time. Ensure that the courses chosen and their codes match those listed in the timetable for each specific major and specialization.
Students from various cohorts should register for courses according to the Course Registration Announcement from the Training Department.
Students from the 2022 course should register for elective courses, English, Physical Education, and Basic Informatics as per the course registration announcement from the Training Department and refer to the list of open courses along with the timetable here.
During the course registration period, if in need of advice or assistance, students should contact the department administration office for resolution.
Students should regularly check for updates to stay informed about class schedules and classrooms. After completing registration, students must save the registration results in an Excel file for future reference.

Emails from students must have a clear subject related to the issue in question, including complete personal information (full name, student ID, phone number). The email content should clearly present the matters that need resolution, such as additional registration or course cancellations (specifying: course name, class code, desired or canceled practical group).
The department administration will only address issues in line with the course registration announcement from the Training Department (from 06/02/2023 to 26/02/2023). Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

(*): On February 17th, the results of the English test will be released. Students must cancel their registration for the English course if they do not meet the prerequisite conditions.
(**): Following this adjustment period, all requests for course registration adjustments will not be addressed.
Conditions for Registration:
The registered courses must meet the prerequisites or previous course requirements (if any). After attending the supplementary English course, students will be eligible to register for English 1.
The university temporarily won't enforce the foreign language condition for registering specialized courses in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2022-2023. This is the final instance where the university allows students to enroll in specialized courses without considering the foreign language condition.
The number of credits registered for the semester must not exceed 25 credits.
The course 'Fundamentals of Programming MTH00055 /22TTH' is exclusively for Mathematics major students from course K2019 or earlier for credit retrieval. Students from K2020, K2021 requiring credit retrieval should wait until the following semester.
Note:
Learning format: In-person (offline). Start date: February 20, 2023.
Students registering for grade improvement and courses with approved deferments should register during the official registration period.
Students who do not register for courses and do not submit temporary leave applications within the first three weeks of the semester will be considered voluntarily withdrawing from studies.
If unable to log in due to a forgotten password, students should select the 'Forgot password' function and follow the instructions or contact the Student Affairs Office via email: congtacsinhvien@hcmus.edu.vn.
Students should contact the administrative office of their respective departments for assistance in registering for Phase 2 courses.
The university will only respond to course registration emails sent from university email accounts and during the online registration period.
