Announcement of the results of updating the national identification card for students, learners, and researchers (updated until 1:00 PM on February 14, 2023)
The results of updating information regarding national identification cards as of 1:00 PM on February 14, 2023: see the attached file.
In an effort to standardize student information, the university requests all learners, including students, learners, and research scholars, to provide their Citizen Identification Card (CID) information as per the following guidelines:
- Learners are required to log in using their student email and update the information via the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/m1KZNn4za6
- Duration: from the date of this announcement until the end of February 22, 2023
Providing CID information is related to student management at the University and the Database System on higher education of the Ministry of Education and Training. The University urges all learners to take this task seriously and ensure accuracy.
For any arising issues, learners are advised to contact the Student Affairs Office via the email congtacsinhvien@hcmus.edu.vn for guidance.
