The University of Tokyo is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Engineering Summer Education Program (ESEP), a prestigious summer study and research program designed for students in engineering-related fields.
The program offers participants the opportunity to engage in six weeks of research at leading engineering laboratories of the University of Tokyo, while also fostering academic exchange and cultural interaction in an international environment.
Program Benefits:
- Full waiver of program fees
- Accommodation provided throughout the study and research period
- Living allowance scholarship (approximately JPY 100,000)

Program Period: Summer 2026
Eligibility:
Undergraduate and graduate students from partner universities of the University of Tokyo are eligible to apply. Students from Vietnamese institutions such as Vietnam National University (VNU), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), as well as many other universities, are encouraged to apply.
