ANNOUNCEMENT

Regarding the Submission of Graduation Evaluation Applications

for Undergraduate Programs in Regular System

for the announcement of the graduation list in March and May 2024

The University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City National University (hereinafter referred to as the University), informs students about the submission of graduation evaluation applications for undergraduate programs in the regular system for the announcement of the graduation list in March and May 2024 as follows:

I. Conditions for Graduation Evaluation Submission

Students (SV) submit graduation evaluation applications if they meet the following conditions:

Up to the graduation evaluation date, not being criminally prosecuted or under disciplinary suspension;
Accumulating the required number of courses and total credits as specified by the training program;
Completing the National Defense - Security Education part (having a certificate of National Defense Education) and Physical Education part;
Meeting the foreign language proficiency standard as specified by the University;
Meeting the computer proficiency standard as specified by the University;
II. Graduation Evaluation Application includes:

Graduation Evaluation Application form printed from the portal, with the following steps:
– Step 1: After logging in, students go to the "Student Profile/General Information" section to check/update their Major.
– Step 2: Students use the "Student Profile/Print Graduation Evaluation Application" function to generate the application form.
A certified copy of the high school diploma (bring the original for verification in case the certified copy is missing information or invalid according to current regulations);
A certified copy of the birth certificate excerpt (no photocopy certification accepted);
01 recent 3x4 photo (bring with ID card or personal document with attached photo for verification);
Evaluation and diploma issuance fee as specified.
III. Submission Period:

Students submit graduation evaluation applications during office hours (morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM; afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM) according to majors and programs as scheduled below:

IV. Submission Location: Training Department – University of Natural Sciences, 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

V. Verify all information on the graduation recognition list

Students are responsible for verifying all personal information on the graduation recognition list. If there are any errors, they must contact the Training Department within 04 working days from the date of the graduation list announcement.
The verification of personal information is a mandatory requirement that students must fulfill, and they will be held responsible if not complied with according to these regulations.
Note:

In case a student graduates through a representative, the following documents must be provided:
– Power of Attorney for the representative with certification by the competent authority;
– ID card (citizen identification card) of the representative and the student.

For additional submission cases, the University will accept documents from April 19, 2024, to April 26, 2024, for all programs. The expected graduation list will be announced on May 17, 2024. Students who do not meet the graduation requirements according to this announcement will follow the graduation evaluation announcement in late July 2024.
Students must submit the foreign language proficiency certificate to the University before or at the time of submitting the graduation application, following the attached form to this announcement./.
